Mr. Fielding has several years of federal investigative experience managing felony level cases, high-level criminal, fraud, and high-tech investigations. Mr. Fielding specializes in computer forensics and the analysis of digital media, deleted content, cellular phone/mobile device forensics and internet investigations. During his law enforcement tenure as a Special Agent with the United Stated Army Criminal Investigation Command, Mr. Fielding served as the lead investigator in hundreds of felony level cases ranging from grand larceny, child abuse, homicide/death investigations, fraud, missing persons, arson, drugs and child sexual exploitation. Mr. Fielding has provided sworn testimony and/or documentation in well over 300 criminal matters in Military, State, and Federal Courts in the form of affidavits, hearings, and trials. Mr. Fielding has prepared concise criminal investigative reports and has successfully presented cases to several U.S Attorney’s Offices, Assistant U.S Attorney’s Office, U.S Army Staff Judge Advocates, and local District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Fielding has participated in numerous joint investigations with Department of Homeland Security, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Defense Criminal Investigative Service, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Washington State Patrol as well as local law enforcement. Mr. Fielding has trained Attorney’s and Federal Agent’s on digital forensics preservation/collection and detailed findings of digital media examination. Mr. Fielding is responsible for the supervision of LCG’s Houston forensic laboratory to include analyst supervision and training, evidence collection, acquisition and analysis and lab security. His civil experience includes the investigation of complex intellectual property theft matters, domestic evidence collection, online harassment/defamation, and corporate internal investigations.
